Mt Gambier, 13/02/2010

Mt Gambier's Blue Lake. A truly fascinating body of water. It changes colour to a steel blue/grey in Autumn every year.

The start/finish line at Mount Panorama. This was a most anticipated stop on our travels for Dale.
To drive the track, at a more sedate pace than usual! It was a lot steeper than the telecast shows and coming down the Esses and the dipper, and thinking that the drivers are usually doing 200kms/h. Totally insane!

Tamworth

Tamworth! Home of the Country Music Festival and Golden Guitar Awards. I met Lee Kernaghan and we went to see the big guitar!

Bribie Island Surf beach with Morten Island in the background. We stayed here for 5 days from Jan 13 to 19.

Australia Zoo

Crocs Rule. This is Graham a 23 year old saltwater crocodile at Australia Zoo. The croc show was fantastic. Graham is faster on water than land. The keeper was showing us how slow he was on land. Yeah! right! like I'm getting close enough to find out.

Christmas/New Year has been spent in Brisbane with family. Here Zac and I are on the NSW/Qld boarder. Followed by photos of Grants big tandem skydive!

Nifty Nimbin. The age of Aquarius was 1973 and the township looks pretty much stuck in that timezone!

Bananas @ Coffs Harbour

Dale had memories of the to-die-for Banana Split offered at the Big Banana.....and his memories were right on! It was HUGE!
